Return of goods

One or more items can be returned within 48 hours of receipt and under these conditions:

To) If the item received is not the one you ordered, you have the following options:

1. You keep the article and the file is closed;

2. Depending on the situation assessed by the seller, you may be asked to return the item. Return costs are borne by the seller. Upon receipt by the seller, he will ensure that the item is in the same condition as initially and then proceed to send the correct item. In the rare event that the item returned from buyer to seller is not in the same condition as originally, an arrangement will be offered.

b) If the item received is damaged, you will get a refund or a credit note if you are able to prove that the fault is not yours by means of photos/video.

c) All other reasons are considered FINAL SALE without possibility of refund.


The delivery service is offered everywhere in Quebec at the following rates:

To) $ 3.99 for all orders (1-2 small and light items only);

b) $ 11.99 for all orders under $60;

vs) Free for all orders over $60.

Pick up in person

You can pick up your order directly from our store if you select this option during payment (the step where you must select the choice of delivery method). We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection (normally within 24 hours maximum). Please notify us by Facebook Messenger or by email when you want to pick up your order.
